Stratified analysis showed that the associations of rs11864909 or haplotype spanning rs11864909, rs4293393, and rs6497476 with either eGFR or serum uromodulin were stronger among patients aged < 65 years, without hypertension, with normal eGFR (≥60 mL/min/1.73 m2), A3 stage of UACR (≥300 mg/g), and etiology of glomerulonephritis (Supplementary Table S6).
