Inactivation of three genes, including polybromo 1 (PBRM1), AT-rich interaction domain 2 (ARID2), and bromodomain containing 7 (BRD7), that code for PBAF, one of the chromatin-remodeling complexes of the SWI/SNF, sensitized melanoma cells for destruction by T cells [24].
