KCNQ1OT1 and leukocyte adhesion deficiency: Knockdown of KCNQ1OT1 inhibited cell proliferation and invasion, promoted apoptosis, and decreased chemoresistance to paclitaxel by downregulating MDR1 in A549 LAD cells, suggesting that KCNQ1OT1 may be a potential therapeutic target for paclitaxel-based chemotherapy in LAD [34].
