Our novel major findings are summarized as follows: (1) AMI patients with hypertension and HHcy have more severe multi-coronary artery disease and more frequent NCCLs chronic total occlusion; (2) AMI patients with hypertension and HHcy have a higher prevalence of pro-BNP and significant decreases in LVEF; (3) AMI patients with hypertension and HHcy have significant increase in the duration of CCU stay and in-hospital stay; (4) AMI patients with hypertension and HHcy have significant increase in the rate of MACEs during hospitalization and 1-year follow-up.
