CD47 and neoplasm: The aCD47@CaCO3 NPs encapsulated in fibrin gel effectively scavenged H+ in the surgical wound site to promote the polarization of TAMs from pro-tumoral M2-like phenotype to anti-tumoral M1-like phenotype, and the released aCD47 successfully shield CD47 protein (‘don’t eat me’ signal) expressed on the surface of tumor cells.
