For comprehensive immunophenotyping of γδ T cells, we compared the expression of the co-inhibitory molecules PD-1, TIGIT, TIM-3, the ectonucleotidases CD39 and CD73 and the human leukocyte antigen DR isotype (HLA-DR, which is expressed by activated T cells) between BM-derived γδ T cells from patients with AML and MM with that from corresponding CD4+ and CD8+ αβ T cells from the same patients. This evidence concerns the gene NT5E and acute myeloid leukemia.
