Up-regulation of KIF2C has been documented in multiple human cancers, such as breast cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, glioma, liver cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (Wei et al., 2020; Gan et al., 2019; Li et al., 2020; Bie et al., 2012; Ishikawa et al., 2008; Nakamura et al., 2007). This evidence concerns the gene KIF2C and central nervous system cancer.
