We found that it has significantly positive correlation between the expression of CASP4, CASP6, and CASP8 and the immune cell, such as B cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells (partial correlation >0.48 and p < 0.001) in LGG subtypes, which indicated CASP4, CASP6 and CASP8 might be key genes involved in tumour immunity in pyroptosis. This evidence concerns the gene CASP6 and neoplasm.
