Other complement genes, including C1QB, C1QC, C1S, C2, C3, C5, CFB, CFD, CFI, CFHR4, C5AR1, SERPING1, C4BPA, C4BPB, CLU, CPN1, VSIG4, CR1, ITGAM, ITGAX, CD46, CD59, and C1QBP transcription levels were significantly down‐ or upregulated in HCC samples according to TIMER2, while no difference was found in their transcription level according to Gepia and GSE25097 database. This evidence concerns the gene CR1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
