In the present study, we carried out in silico experiments to evaluate the binding tendencies of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase, β-glucosidase, fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase, and α-amylase associated with insulin resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome to fatty acids and saccharides from the aqueous extract of Costus spicatus rhizome. This evidence concerns the gene FBP1 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
