FBP1 and Insulin resistance: In the present study, we carried out in silico experiments to evaluate the binding tendencies of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase, β-glucosidase, fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase, and α-amylase associated with insulin resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome to fatty acids and saccharides from the aqueous extract of Costus spicatus rhizome.
