Consistently, we find that while PARG inhibition (10 μM) alone promotes <30% cell death in both GSC-83 and GSC-326 cells, the addition of a non-toxic dose of NRH (100 μM), and the resulting increase in cellular NAD+ levels, results in near 100% cell killing in multiple glioma stem cell lines (Figure 3C, D). Here, PARG is linked to central nervous system cancer.
