CDC5L and familial pancreatic carcinoma: In addition, we analyzed the relationship between CDC5L expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of pancreatic cancer and found that high expression was associated with tumor size (P = 0.026 < 0.05) and TNM stage (P = 0.014 < 0.05) but not with age (P = 0.259), gender (P = 0.186), or differentiation (P = 0.165) (Table 2).
