In a study of anti-PD-1/PD-L1/CTLA-4 administration in cancer patients, 37.74% of them developed vasculitis, including patterns of large vasculitis (isolated aortitis, giant cell arteritis) and vasculitis of the nervous system (isolated vasculitis of the peripheral nervous system, primary angiitis of the central nervous system) (55). The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is vasculitis.
