In Axis 2 (Table 1), miR-27b-3p↓TAB3↑, over-expression of TAB3 has been found to promote tumor progression in NSCLC (Chen et al., 2016), colorectal cancer (Luo et al., 2017), and triple-negative breast cancer (Tao et al., 2016). This evidence concerns the gene TAB3 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
