The enrichment of cancer-related pathways, such as “HALLMARK TGF BETA SIGNALING” and “HALLMARK MYC TARGETS” (Figure 3C), in cluster B was similarly observed in the cohort of B versus C. In contrast, cluster C showed enrichment of the “KEGG ECM RECEPTOR INTERACTION” pathway and downregulation of the “KEGG B CELL RECEPTOR SIGNALING” pathway (Figure 3D).
