In addition, several studies have reported that other TRAF proteins, such as TRAF2, can be regulated by certain miRNA molecules such as miR-502-5p (57), miR-514a-3p (58), and miR-892b (59) in breast cancer, suggesting that these miRNAs that regulate TRAF2 can serve as potential disquisitive objects in the study of HCC development and progression. Here, TRAF2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
