CD8A and temporal arteritis: We found that GCA had a higher level of B-cell infiltration compared to colorectal adenocarcinoma (Figure 3A), but lower B-cell infiltration compared to IACSRCC with trend toward significance (Figure 4B), and significantly higher CD8+ T-cell infiltration levels compared to colorectal adenocarcinoma (Figure 3E), but lower CD8+ T-cell infiltration levels compared to IACSRCC (Figure 4C).
