In univariate analysis, high expression of IGF-1 in tumor samples correlates with unfavorable prognosis in BLCA (HR = 1.09, p = 0.0012), CHOL (HR = 1.27, p = 0.0011) and LAML (HR = 3.88, p = 0.018); whereas, high expression of IGF-1 correlates with favorable prognosis in SARC (HR = 0.93, p = 0.00063) (Figures 2A–D). This evidence concerns the gene IGF1 and neoplasm.
