In our study, the most important features in terms of the prediction power were saturation of O2 (O2sat), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), age, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), base excess, creatinine, base excess in the extracellular fluid compartment, white blood cell (WBC) count, HCO3, the result of PCR test, blood sugar, bilirubin total, myalgia, monocyte count, respiratory rate, bilirubin direct, the time between initial symptoms and admission (days), nausea, temperature, eosinophil count, Aspartate aminotransferase (SGOT), and dyspnea. This evidence concerns the gene GOT1 and Myalgia.
