It could be seen from the results in Figure 3 that the downregulated DEGs enriched ten pathways, namely, vascular smooth muscle contraction, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, diabetic cardiomyopathy, proteoglycans in cancer, adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes, fatty acid degradation, synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies, Hippo, cGMP-PKG, and oxytocin signaling pathways.
