In conclusion, the present study demonstrated that three active flavonoids (luteolin, luteoloside, and apigenin) from Lagotis brachystachya attenuate MSU crystal-induced gouty arthritis via inhibiting TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and NLRP3 expression in the aspect of animal experiment and cell experiment (Figure 5).
