The results indicated that the mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effect of BoNT/A against CFA-induced arthritis pain involves the reactions to lipopolysaccharides and peptides (Figures 5A,B) and their related signaling pathways such as PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and IL-17 signaling pathway (Figure 5C). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and arthritic joint disease.
