ERBB2 and breast carcinoma: Based on this study, anti-HER2 IVIg is much stronger to kill OSCC cells than tastuzumab that is currently recommended as a first-line treatment of patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer (Rochette et al., 2015; Kristeleit et al., 2016), as our data showed that trastuzumab had almost no inhibitory effect on OSCC cells and that inhibitory effect of anti-HER2 IVIg on breast cancer cells was more powerful than trastuzumab.
