To confirm the the relationship between SOCS2 and NF-κB signaling pathway, we isolated the macrophage from the mice induced NASH, results showed that overexpression of SOCS2 in mice suppressed the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway (Figure 5F), which consistent with the results in vitro. Here, NFKB1 is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
