We obtained 14 genes (CYP1A1, CYP1A2, ABCB1, GSTP1, MVP, EPHX1, RRM1, RRM2, ABCC3, ABCC6, JUNB, CLU, TOP2A, and MCM4) that are reported to be involved in DOX resistance in different cancers (refer to Method section), but not in sarcoma. The gene discussed is CYP1A1; the disease is cancer.
