TCF7L1 and posterior cortical atrophy: We further validated TCF7L1 expression with gene signatures reflecting IL-8/CXCR2 signaling components in TCGA PCa dataset and found that tissues expressing high levels of TCF7L1 were robustly associated with a gene signature of upregulated IL-8/CXCR2 responsiveness (PID, Fig. 1H).
