MTOR and cervical cancer: In addition, the KEGG pathway analysis showed that after the Fut8 gene was knockout, the genes involved in mTOR, PI3K-Akt and MAPK signal pathway in the cervical cancer cells were significantly increased, while those involved in the TNF signal pathway and the Estrogen pathway were decreased (Fig. 2G), suggested that Fut8 may play multiple effects on the development, migration and apoptosis of cervical cancer cells.
