The 1029 upregulated mRNAs that were involved in the aberrantly methylated m6A-circRNA/mRNA coexpression network were mainly enriched in cancer-related pathways, such as the ECM-receptor interaction, mucin type O-glycan biosynthesis, and p53 signaling pathway, while the 925 downregulated mRNAs that were involved in this network were mainly enriched in pathways related to PPAR signaling pathway and Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation (Fig. 4G, H).
