The T2DM group (group C) had the highest number of NSTEMI, Killip class III, dyslipidemia, previous MI, PCI, CABG, heart failure, and CVA; more than three diseased vessels; and pre-PCI TIMI flow grade 2/3; the highest mean values of BMI, SBP, NT-ProBNP, serum creatinine, and triglycerides; the highest prescription rates of clopidogrel, cilostazole, ARB, and calcium channel blocker. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and heart failure.
