It is worth noting that miR‐615‐5p has been reported to be involved in tumor angiogenesis, and the mTOR protein regulated by the phosphatidylinositol 3‐kinase/Akt pathway is also involved in the proliferation and angiogenesis of CRC, which indirectly indicates that its mechanism may be related to tumor angiogenesis and protein translation. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and colorectal carcinoma.
