In another study, Joseph et al. (2020) found that loss of ARHGEF10 was found in more than 30% of pancreatic cancers (PC), whose loss led to enhanced subcutaneous tumor growth in the mouse model as well as increased proliferation, invasion, and motility of PC cell lines in vitro, and also enhanced tumor metastatic spread in the mouse model. Here, ARHGEF10 is linked to pachyonychia congenita.
