Then, we further demonstrated the relationship between the expression of 11 ROS-related genes and survival of liver cancer patients based on the Kaplan-Meier plotter database, and the findings revealed that overexpression of CDKN2D (P = 0.0099), G6PD (P = 1.1e − 07), GSR (P = 0.00019), MSRA (P = 0.0013), PFKP (P = 0.00016), PRDX1 (P = 0.025), SRXN1 (P = 0.00054), and STK25 (P = 0.004) was correlated with short overall survival time (Figure S2). The gene discussed is STK25; the disease is liver cancer.
