CD4 and allergic disease: The latter six peptides P1-P6 were shown to stimulate CD4+ T cell responses in blood samples obtained before, during and after the birch pollen season in a population of highly birch pollen-exposed subjects (birch pollen allergic patients: n=6; patients with allergy without birch sensitization: n=4; non-allergic subjects: n=9) from the Moscow region in Russia (Supplementary Figure 1).
