The expression level of TIGIT in tumor samples of BRCA, CHOL, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRP, KIRC, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, STAD were significantly higher than in normal tissues based on both comparisons as shown in Fig. 1A,B, and the expression level of TIGIT were also significantly increased in ACC, BLCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, LAML, LGG, LUSC, OV, PAAD, PRAD, SKCM, STAD, TGCT, THCA, UCS compared with normal tissues based on the integrated database. This evidence concerns the gene TIGIT and neoplasm.
