Wild-type CT26 mouse colon cancer cells (CT26.WT) were subcutaneously implanted in the flanks of BALB/c mice, followed by intratumoral injection of F. nucleatum, Escherichia coli DH-5α or phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and intraperitoneal injection of an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) or an isotype control mAb. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and malignant colon neoplasm.
