When examining the correlation between the maximum ALS response to that of other assays, the strongest correlation with both vaccine candidates was observed between antigen-specific IgA- and IgG-ALS and the corresponding ASC, as well as between ALS and serum IgA and IgG antibodies (correlation coefficient ≥0.66; lower 95% Confidence Limit (LCL) ≥0.52) (Table 2).
