Other prominent lncRNAs such as RMST (rhabdomyosarcoma 2–associated transcript) [52], TUNA (Tcl1 Upstream Neuron-Associated lincRNA) [41] and Dali (DNMT1-Associated Long Intergenic) [6] also function in neurogenesis by physically interacting with proteins important for the regulation of neural gene expression.
