Several tumor antigens, such as lung-specific X (LUNX), variant domain 6 of CD44 gene, melanoma-associated antigen-A1 (MAGE-A1), erythropoietin-producing hepatocellular carcinoma A2 (EphA2), and glypican-3 (GPC3), are under active investigation for application as targeted antigens of CAR-T cell therapy against NSCLC (118–122). Here, GPC3 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
