We found that 11 genes (CXCL2, SERPINB5, THBD, LPIN2, PTP4A1, FABP4, TEKT2, BCL2L10, ME1, IRX4, and SDC1) were significantly associated with survival in patients with cervical carcinoma according to the results of univariate Cox regression analysis of 103 DEGs (Supplementary Table S2, P < 0.05). The gene discussed is CXCL2; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
