Additionally, somatic mutations in KMT2C (FDR = 0.046) and CDH1 (FDR = 0.045) were found to be significantly associated with later-onset BRCA, while those in EGFR (FDR = 1.34E-7) and IDH1 (FDR = 1.34E-7) were found to be significantly associated with later-onset gliomas (Figure 2A).
