The univariate analysis for OS in AML patients suggested that there were several potential poor prognostic factors in both whole AML patients and non-M3 AML patients, including age ≥ 60 years, WBC ≥ 30 × 109/L, poor karyotypic classification, NPM1 wild-type, TP53 mutation, and without achieving CR after standard induction therapy for 2 cycles. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia.
