WT1/WT1 is expressed/overexpressed in most (63–94%) glioblastoma samples, most (80–90%) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, 96% of non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) samples in one study (with expression markedly higher than in normal tissues across multiple studies), and 56–71% of ovarian cancers (when evaluated as a single set; 50–100% of serous carcinomas and 0–13% of non-serious ovarian tumors)5–22. Here, WT1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
