Kaplan-Meier survival curves and the log-rank test survival analysis for overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and disease-free survival (DFS) in all patients with glioma from the TCGA database showed that the OS, PFS, and DFS of glioma patients with high levels of CPVL were significantly shorter than patients with low levels of CPVL expression (P < 0.05; Figure 2, I–K, and Supplemental Tables 4–6). The gene discussed is CPVL; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
