Furthermore, expression of a few genes systematically differentiated cancers with high levels of both factors (ER+/HSF1high) compared to cancers with the low level of at least one factor (including RAPGEFL1, AMZ1, KCNF1, HSPB8 upregulated, and CYP24A1, SIM1 downregulated in ER+/HSF1high cancers), which was consistent in all relevant comparisons (marked with green boxes in Figure 7E).
