As shown in Figure S1B, we observed that most of the m6A modification regulators (HNRNPA2B1, IGF2BP3, IGF2BP2, IGF2BP1, YTHDF3, YTHDF2, YTHDF1, ALKBH3, ALKBH5, FTO, RBM15, VIRMA, WTAP, METTL16, METTL14, METTL3, HNRNPC, and RBMX) were remarkably upregulated in HNSCC samples comparing with normal control samples, whereas YTHDC2 expression was decreased in the HNSCC samples. Here, YTHDC2 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
