ENTPD5 and prostate cancer: Interestingly, evaluation of clinical prostate cancer datasets at the cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics showed that ENTPD5 is infrequently amplified (~ 3%) in a subset of CRPCs (Fig. 4C)66,67, which suggest ENTPD5 overexpression may have some role in the progression of late-stage PCa.
