In recent years, a group of Ewing-like sarcomas have been described which share morphological, immunohistochemical and clinical similarity with the classical Ewing-sarcoma, whereby the typical translocation between a gene of the RNA‐binding TET family (EWSR1 or FUS) with a gene of the ETS‐transcription family is missing by means. Here, EWSR1 is linked to Ewing sarcoma.
