Methylated HOXA9, HIC1, and SOX1 exhibited a similar trend to identify ovarian cancer at various stages of disease in 70.0% (7/10) patients with stage I/II cancer, 56.7% (17/30), 70.0% (21/30), and 43.3% (13/30) of stage III, respectively and 80.0% (4/5) of stage IV ovarian cancer patients.
