MALAT1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The researchers found that MALAT1 sponged miR-200a-3p, and PD-L1 was identified as the target of miR-200a-3p and indirectly regulated by MALAT1. Moreover, the level of MALAT1 was negatively correlated with the expression of miR-200a-3p in NSCLC, but positively correlated with the expression of PD-L1 (10).
