By analyzing different CD8+ T-cell infiltration levels and CESC prognosis, it was found that patients with high CD8+ T-cell infiltration levels had a better prognosis as verified by CIBERSORT (Figures 5A, B), XCELL and QUNATISEQ (Supplementary Figure 1); low CD8+ effector memory T-cell infiltration levels were significantly associated with poor prognosis of patients.
